I recently bought a shed from Sheds.co.uk and have found them really great to deal with. I had paid for the installation service which I then decided I didn't want and they were great about refunding me for this. Also when a piece of the shed was missing they were really quick at sorting this matter out for me. Kayla sorted out both these issues for me and was very quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend this company!

Ordered a shed online Friday 3 February after closing time so was unable to confirm delivery details. Phoned today Monday 6 February spoke with a Gentleman named Ben & within a few minutes he had arranged a delivery day for Friday 10 February.

My door number was missed off my delivery so I contacted sheds.co.uk and spoke to Kayla regarding this matter and within the space of 30 minutes of my first email sent it was all sorted thank you so much excellent customer service and very quick response time thanks again Kayla

Kayla's customer service was exceptional, dealing with the problem and organising a solution on the spot for the manufacturer to replace a spare part. I can't recommend highly enough.

I made a mistake on the delivery date. I emailed SHEDS and they checked the date I wanted, confirmed it back to me with a link to the company sending it and I confirmed the change. It was easy. Sheds were helpful and I was very pleased with the service.

Great product and very prompt response when asking for invoice information. Kayla was very polite and fast to respond to my query and I highly recommend this company.

Bought a adley corner summer house a year ago the wood is rotting and covered in mould after sending numerous emails and pictures of the leaking roof and terrible mould and rot the said I was out of guarantee after a year although the promise 10 years on all product. Won't register a complaint won't provide me with dead lock letter won't even reply other than generic emails.

Avoid at all cost sheds.co.uk isn't registered with ombudsman or retail adr or the TFO

A very good website, with full descriptions of products and pictures included. It was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, with a follow up text to arrange delivery. Top marks all round.

Good quality product. Easy to follow the instructions. Very good delivery service with a pleasant driver who was bang on time. The parts were all safety wrapped and carefully handled. Very good value for money. Quality fixtures and fittings with enough screws to fit out several sheds. I recommend buying a garden building from Sheds.co uk

Quick, efficient and friendly delivery. Easy to erect, 2 people for simplicity but 1 could manage alone. Only thing I would say is that a little more felting for the roof would be useful to make easier and to prevent rips. Overall good quality shed especially for the price.

Working as a landscaping firm, I contacted this company as we need to get the PDF instructions. Ben who I was dealing with has been extremely helpful and super fast in getting this over to me from the manufacturer. Excellent service and communication. Would highly recommend!

I must admit I had worries about buying online ! Shouldn’t have worried. A very simple process from start to finish. Ordered, picked the time slot - an to the very minute the delivery turned the corner.
Once off the van with a smile we set to work putting together a very high quality Shed that turned out to be straight forward to build a no nonsense buy from start to finish.
